LIBRARY AND INFORMATION SCIENCE PROGRAM
BRAND IDENTITY PROPOSAL
The Library and Information Science Program's mission is to educate leaders in the information professions (e.g. libraries and archives). They are a graduate-only program that offers a Masters of Library and Information Science (MLIS). Creation of a proposed identity design to be used on all printed materials, signage, and website for the program.
Design Concept
My identity was inspired by Hawaiian quilts as it represents respect and love for the Hawaiian islands shared by the community. Books are the main focus of the design as they represent our desire to seek knowledge while it includes other elements to help emphasize the importance and mission of the Library and Information Science program.
